What is the estimated delivery time?

All products available in the Hedonistix shop are ready for dispatch. Therefore, DELIVERY is expected to take about 2 working days. However, personalised items may require up to 7 to 10 days.

Will all your prices really be high?

Not at all. I believe the most affordable item is under a pound. This includes delivery to your home.

How can I reach you?

We are always available. You can contact us via email, WhatsApp, phone, Facebook, or through IM here. Our address is also accessible online. We typically wrap things up around 3:30 PM most days to ensure everything is packaged and sent out by 4:00 PM.

Is everything packaged discreetly?

Absolutely. Nothing loud or any external logos on packaging. Minimal fuss inside the package.

What is the point of this store ?

We aim to make it a little easier for people to enjoy themselves and have a little harmless fun. Plus we open up just in time for everybody to find gifts for all those who are difficult to please.

Our goal is to satisfy all preferences. We hope that everyone discovers something that brings them joy.

What are the policies regarding refunds and returns?

If you're not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. Should there be an issue with any item you purchase, just let us know how we can resolve it. We can either exchange the product or issue a refund. Our goal is to keep our customers happy. (The name of our shop says it all)

Does 'HEDONISTIX' appear on my bank-card statement?

Nope. HEDONISTIX is the name of the shop. Your bank/card statements will have the name of a Boring Limited Company.

What present do you buy for somebody, who has already got everything in life?

Something pointless in its existence, yet polite in its price.

Is there anything that you sell which may offend me?

We really hope not. That’s not our intention at all. There may be some items that have an adult humour theme. But store navigation is clear so you should always be aware of what section you are about to click into.
